We apply the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Trading Act. The right of withdrawal means that you as a consumer (private person) have the right to cancel your purchase and get money back.

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and begins to run from the day you received the item. Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to online course registrations. If you regret it, please contact our customer service and notify us within the withdrawal period (14 days).

After you have contacted customer service, you send the item back to us, and when it arrives, we pay back what you paid for the item. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have broken the packaging, marked or damaged the product.

Be sure to pack return items properly, feel free to use original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping cost for returns, but you must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.

When returning, you as a customer are responsible if the product is damaged or lost during transport. In the case of defective / damaged goods or incorrect delivery, the rules for complaints apply instead.
